Sports Mouthguard

The Sports Mouthguard is a 4mm+ EVA appliance covering the maxillary arch with partial palatal extension. It absorbs and distributes impact forces to protect teeth, jaws, and soft tissues during contact sports.

• EVA Material — 4mm+ thickness, Shore A 80-90 • Maxillary Coverage — Full arch with 2-3mm palatal extension • Labial Flange — Extended to protect anterior teeth and lips • Custom Fit — Vacuum-formed over printed model

The thick EVA material acts as a shock absorber, distributing impact forces across the entire arch rather than concentrating them on individual teeth. The labial flange protects the lips from being crushed against the teeth. Custom fit ensures the guard stays in place during impact.
