What is the turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days from case acceptance. Express service (2–3 business days) is available for urgent cases.
Do you accept intraoral scans?
Yes. We accept STL files from all major intraoral scanners including iTero, 3Shape TRIOS, Medit, and Carestream.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to 20+ countries worldwide including the United States, Canada, Germany, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
How do I place my first order?
Create a free account, select your appliance type, upload your scan, fill in your prescription, and submit. You will receive a confirmation with estimated delivery date.
