Micro2

The Micro2 is the smallest MAD available, covering only the posterior teeth. Its ultra-compact design makes it ideal for patients with extreme gag reflex or foreign body sensation who cannot tolerate full-arch appliances.

• Posterior Upper Tray — Covers upper posterior teeth only • Posterior Lower Tray — Covers lower posterior teeth only • Lateral Hard-Soft Resin Blocks — On each side for advancement • Minimal Profile — No anterior coverage, maximum tongue space

Hard-soft resin blocks on the lateral aspects of each tray guide the mandible forward during closure. Because the appliance covers only posterior teeth, it leaves maximum tongue space and minimizes the foreign body sensation that causes gagging. The trade-off is less retention than full-arch designs.
