In-House Clear Aligner — Standard

Our in-house clear aligner system provides a complete digital workflow from intraoral scan to aligner delivery. We handle treatment planning, digital tooth setup, staging, model printing, and thermoforming — giving you a private-label aligner line without software investment.

• Aligner Trays — PETG or Zendura thermoplastic, 0.75mm • Sequential Models — 3D-printed per stage • Treatment Plan — Digital setup with ClinCheck-style animation • Standard 20-30 stages for comprehensive cases

Intraoral scans are digitally set up with staged tooth movements. Each stage represents 0.25-0.33mm of tooth movement. Models are 3D-printed and aligners thermoformed — one set per stage, worn 22 hours/day, changed every 1-2 weeks.

Thermoform aligners on each model 6. Laser-trim to gingival margin + 1mm 7. Package in numbered sequence 8. QC: Stage count, trim quality, fit check on models
