Components
• PETG or Zendura Material — 0.75mm, same as aligners • Full-Arch Coverage — Wraps all teeth • Gingival Extension — 2-3mm beyond gingival margin • Single or Dual Arch — Per prescription
How It Works
Same passive retention principle as Essix retainers. Full-arch coverage holds teeth in corrected positions. No active forces — purely passive retention. Replace every 6-12 months.
Digital Workflow
1. Receive post-treatment scan 2. 3D-print final model 3. Thermoform aligner material over model 4. Laser-trim to gingival margin + 2-3mm 5. Polish edges 6. QC: Material clarity, fit, edge quality
